FCCD Board of Supervisors elections

Vacancy announcement:

The Foster Creek Conservation District is pleased to announce an opportunity to contribute to conservation and your community by serving on the Board of Supervisors.  Supervisors are public officials who set the policies and direct the activities of the conservation district.  Although they serve without compensation, they are eligible to be reimbursed for appropriate expenses.  For more information, please contact the Foster Creek Conservation District manager, Amanda Ward, or visit the Washington State Conservation Commission website at:

Adopted election resolution notice  (12/13/2018):


A Poll Site election for a board seat on the Foster Creek Conservation District will be held on February 8, 2019 at the NCW Fair Community Hall, 601 N. Monroe Street, Waterville, WA 98858.  Polls will open at 9:00 am and close at 1:00 pm.  Registered voters who reside within the Conservation District boundary are eligible to vote. Candidates must be registered voters residing in the conservation district, and may be required to own land or operate a farm. The candidate filing deadline is january 11, 2019 at 4:00 PM. Elections procedures are available at the district office. Absentee ballots are available upon request for eligible voters, but must be requested on or before 4:00 PM on January 25, 2019. Notice of intent to adopt an election resolution (11/29/2018):


The Foster Creek Conservation District Board of Supervisors will hold a meeting at 1:00 pm on December 12, 2018 at the Mansfield Pioneer Hall, 26 Main Street, Mansfield, WA 98830 location to adopt a resolution setting the date, time, and location of an election to fill one Conservation District Supervisor’s expiring term.
