EARLY DETECTION RAPID RESPONSE (EDRR)

The EDRR approach aims to locate and treat small infestations of new weed invaders to Douglas County before they become widely established and problematic.

A key aspect of EDRR is education. Click on the weeds below to find out more information about new weed invaders to Douglas County. If you believe you have seen one of these species, please contact Aaron Rosenblum (FCCD, 509-423-5990) or Dale Whaley (WSU Extension 509 745-8531 ext. 6352).
