Soil Tests & Probe
Foster Creek Conservation District has MySoil soil tests available for purchase. These soil tests includes 13 plant-available nutrients & pH: Nitrogen (Nitrate & Ammonium), Phosphorus (P), Potassium (K), Calcium (Ca), Magnesium (Mg), Sulfur (S), Iron (Fe), Manganese (Mn), Boron (B), Copper (Cu), Zinc (Zn), Sodium (Na), plus precise pH test results. Just collect, mail, and receive detailed soil results and recommendations online.
For more precise results, FCCD has a soil probe available for borrow. The probe guides a consistent depth and soil proportion for each soil core.
The soil probe is available to borrow in one-week increments from Thursdays to Wednesdays. You can reserve the probe up to one month in advance.

The soil probe is available for pick up on Thursdays and dropped off on the following Wednesday.

To hold your reservation, there is a refundable $50.00. The probe is available to rent free of charge, outside of the refundable deposit.

You are responsible for transporting the probe to your desired location and back.

Rental Calendar
Payments
Currently, we can only accept payments via credit card. Once your rental time and date are confirmed by a member of our staff, a refundable deposit of $50.00 will be required to hold your spot. If you have any questions about payments, please email financials@fostercreekcd.org .
