Soil Tests & Probe
Foster Creek Conservation District has MySoil soil tests available for purchase. These soil tests includes 13 plant-available nutrients & pH: Nitrogen (Nitrate & Ammonium), Phosphorus (P), Potassium (K), Calcium (Ca), Magnesium (Mg), Sulfur (S), Iron (Fe), Manganese (Mn), Boron (B), Copper (Cu), Zinc (Zn), Sodium (Na), plus precise pH test results. Just collect, mail, and receive detailed soil results and recommendations online.
For more precise results, FCCD has a soil probe available for rent. The probe guides a consistent depth and soil proportion for each soil core.
The soil probe is available to rent in one-week increments from Thursdays to Wednesdays. You can reserve the probe up to one month in advance.

The soil probe is available for pick up on Thursdays and dropped off on the following Wednesday.

To hold your reservation, there is a non-refundable $50.00. A rental fee of X will be charged 24 hours before your scheduled pick-up time. If equipment is returned late, a charge of $20 per day it's late will be charged

The soil probe comes as pictured; you are responsible for transporting the probe to your desired location and back.

Rental Calendar
Payments
Currently, we can only accept payments via credit card. Once your rental time and date are confirmed by a member of our staff, a non-refundable deposit of $50.00 will be required to hold your spot. On the date on your reservation the remaining balance of the rental fee above will be charged. If you have any questions about payments, please email financials@fostercreekcd.org .
